Total Annual Compensation for Private Practice Physicians, 2006-2010.
We have just updated Table 1.7, "Total Annual Compensation for Private Practice Physicians, 2006-2010" using data from the Medical Group Management Association’s
2010 Physician Compensation and Production Survey. As in past years, geriatricians continue to earn a lower clinical salary than their colleagues.
In 2010, geriatricians earned $183,523 compared to $189,402 for family medicine physicians and $205,379 for general internal medicine physicians.
